First post for Soli Deo tumblr.

It’s been quite the “day before school starts” day. Waking up to pray with Soli Deo, then working out with the guys from Soli Deo, then going to eat with Soli Deo, then walking around campus with Soli Deo, and then visiting Sixth College apt’s of Soli Deo. And just when I thought that I had hung out with SD for enough of my day, I was wrong. Subway for dinner with Soli Deo, then a two and a half hour meeting with Soli Deo! I don’t think I’ve ever really spent that much time with a single group of people in a single day before, and just when I thought I had had enough, I started to feel like I couldn’t get enough of them!

My day is officially Soli Deo-fied.

All jokes aside.

I’m actually extremely excited for what the Lord is going to do this quarter. God willing we’ll be taken to new heights and far lands (to the lands of Irvine, Riverside, and LA haha just kidding. kinda.). And as school begins tomorrow, so does an official new beginning of Soli Deo homegroup. For the chapter of summer which has unfortunately closed, a new chapter of a new year has begun.
